Virtual Closings Extended until August 11th

On March 14, 2020 in response to the COVID-19, the Supreme Court of Georgia issued an order that allows closings to take place virtually. This order is in conjunction with Governor Kemp’s executive order that permits real estate transactions to close virtually versus attending closing in person. The order was set to expire July 12th but in compliance with public health guidance, the order has been extended to August 11th. In order to close virtually, you must be physically present in the State of Georgia on the day of closing. For more information or to schedule a virtual closing, contact us [email protected]
