Submit Contract | Refinance

Please submit all contracts and refinances to neworder@kimbrough-law.com:

 

  • When submitting a new contract, please provide the following: buyer/seller full name, email and phone number and agent commission agreement.
  • Once your file is processed, you will be assigned a paralegal who will be your point of contact throughout the process.
  • Title will be ordered once due diligence has lapsed, unless it’s a refinance or otherwise requested.
  • Closing date will be scheduled upon lender approval and/or clear title opinion.

Submit Earnest Money

  • Please wire earnest money to Kimbrough Law, along with holder of earnest money form (GAR contracts).
  • If we are not holding earnest money, please provide a copy of earnest money confirmation for our records.
  • Please call 404.994.4610 to confirm wire instructions.
  • You may also send a cashier’s check or money order for amounts under $5,000 to:

Scheduling Closing Day and Time

  • We will confirm the closing day once the title has been returned and reviewed.
  • You can contact the paralegal assigned to your file with a scheduling request.
  • Closings will take place at our Midtown location, unless a mobile closing is requested in advance.
