Buyers | Sellers

Kimbrough Law assist you through every step of the closing process. From signing a purchase and sale agreement to sitting down to the closing table. Here is what buyers and sellers will need the day of closing:

 

Buyer

  • 2 forms of government-issued ID
  • Wire your cash to close using our wire instructions. Please call 404.944.4610 for instructions.
  • Personal checkbook (just in case)
  • Everyone on title must be present

After the documents are signed and the keys are handed over, we record the deeds with the courthouse and issue owner title policy, while you enjoy your new home.

 

Seller

  • 2 forms of government-issued ID
  • Everyone on the title must be present.
